  That the Board of Trustees approves the Special Programs contracts as presented.
         
b. Approval of Personnel Actions     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the personnel actions as presented.

  That the Board of Trustees approves warrants batches 169 through 180 as presented.
         
d. Sequoia U.H.S.D.- Tinsley Transportation     
  That the Board of Trustees approves a Memorandum of Understanding with Sequoia Union High School District in the amount not to exceed $167,205.00 payable from the General Fund, for the purpose of providing mandated bus transportation for Tinsley students from Ravenswood School District to the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District school sites.
         
e. Approval of Contract with School Loop     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the contract for School Loop Website and Middle School Grade Book Services and contract for a one year period, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 in the amount of $6,435.00.
         
f. Approval of Contract with Infinity Communications & Consulting     
  That the Board of Trustees approve the attached contract with Infinity Communications and Consulting, Inc. to be effective from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018 for an annual flat rate of $6000 per a year.
         
g. Contract for SchoolCity Inc.     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the contract and software license agreement with SchoolCity Inc.
         
h. Service Agreement between Belmont-Redwood Shores School District and the Silicon Valley Mathematics Initiative for Summer Professional Development     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the service agreement with The Silicon Valley Mathematics Initiative for Summer Professional Development to provide professional development on instructional practices to support the new California State Standards this summer from July 27 through July 31, 2015.
         
i. Declaring Result of Special Tax Election and Authorizing Special Tax Charges and Collection     
  That the Board of Trustees approves Resolution #36 declaring the result of the November 5, 2013 special tax election and authorizing the San Mateo County Controller to apply special charges to individual tax assessments on the County Tax Roll, established at One Hundred Seventy-four Dollars ($174.00) for each non-exempt parcel of land for ten (10) consecutive years beginning with the 2015-16 Tax Roll and ending with the 2024-25 Tax Roll, and authorizing the San Mateo County Tax Collector to collect the taxes at the same time and in the same manner as the general County taxes are collected.
         
j. Certifying November 4, 2014 General Obligation Bond Election     
  That the Board of Trustees rescinds Resolution #24 and approves Resolution #34 certifying the November 4, 2014 General Obligation Bond Election results.
         
k. Belmont-Redwood Shores Faculty Association (BRSFA) AB 1200 Report     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the AB1200 report disclosing the fiscal impact of the Belmont Redwood Shores Faculty Association (BRSFA) collective bargaining agreement dated May 18, 2015.
         
l. California School Employee Association (CSEA) AB1200 Report     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the AB1200 report disclosing the fiscal impact of the California School Employees Association (Chapter 308) collective bargaining agreement dated May 22, 2015.
         
m. Reduction in Work Force Lack of Work     
  That the Board of Trustees approves Resolution #35 to eliminate a .6750 FTE Para-educator Inclusion position due to lack of work.
         
n. Approval of Belmont-Redwood Shores Faculty Association (BRSFA) 199 Work Day Calendar     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the ratified BRSFA 199 Work Day Calendar.
         
o. Approval of Attendance at Summer Institute     
  That the Board of Trustees approve the attendance of selected Nesbit Elementary teachers at the Teachers' College, Columbia University, Summer Writing Institute.

a. That the Board of Trustees approves the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held on May 21, 2015.     
Unfold 12.  Recognition of LCAP Parent Advisory Committee--INFORMATION   
         
a. The Board of Trustees will hold recognize the Parent Advisory Committee Members and their efforts in providing input for the LCAP.

a. BRSSD parent and Opening Doors, President-elect, Gloria Wu, will provide the Board with an introduction to Opening Doors, the Special Programs PTA for parents of students with special needs.

a. The Board of Trustees will receive an update and future goals/direction for the Special Programs Department.     
Unfold 15.  Math Textbook Adoption Recommendation--ACTION   
         
a. The Math Textbook Committee recommends that the Board of Trustees adopt **____ as our district-wide Elementary Math textbook program and adopt Connected Mathematics by Pearson Prentice Hall as our district-wide Middle School Math textbook program.     
Unfold 16.  Measures G & U Parcel Tax Citizens' Oversight Committee Report-I   
         
a. The Board of Trustees will be presented an Annual Financial Report on the Measure “G” and Measure “U” Parcel Tax by the Citizens’ Oversight Committee Chairperson, Jeffrey Selman.     
Unfold 17.  Proposed Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)-PUBLIC HEARING   
         
a. The Belmont-Redwood Shores School District and Board of Trustees will hold an LCAP public hearing to solicit the recommendations and comments of members of the public regarding the specific actions and expenditures proposed in the LCAP.

a. Approval of Tentative Agreement with Belmont-Redwood Shores Faculty Association dated May 18, 2015     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the Tentative Agreement with BRSFA dated May 18, 2015.
         
b. Approval of Tentative Agreement with California School Employee Association (CSEA) dated May 22, 2015     
  That the Board of Trustees approves the Tentative Agreements with CSEA and BRSSD for 2015-2016.
